  • Firearm Orders: All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer. Customers must provide a copy of their chosen FFL’s license before shipping.
  • Non-Firearm Orders: Accessories, magazines, and parts can be shipped directly to your provided address.
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Firearm orders may require additional processing time due to FFL verification.
  • Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship firearms, magazines, or accessories to locations where they are restricted by law. Customers are responsible for knowing their local firearm laws.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Firearm Sales: All firearm sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted unless the firearm is defective upon arrival. In such cases, contact us within 3 days of receiving the firearm.
  • Accessories & Parts: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return Process: Contact our support team at info@t3xtacticalshop.com before returning any items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
